Our staff are independent businesses in their own right, so you deal with the same person all the time.

Our Business Model

We use local dispensers that agree to pay an annual membership. They undertake to adhere to our higher level of professional conduct. We conduct spot checks – calling our clients randomly, to check our dispensers are performing their job to our standard.

Membership is revoked if we discover any failing at all. And also, if you tell us of any failing. Membership can then never be reinstated for that individual.
